Lightweight composite wall and roof panels.

ALPINE wall and roof panels use a lightweight, closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam core bonded within a composite sandwich panel.

Why it is used

  • Lightweight core material for composite wall and roof construction
  • Dense, smooth surface with relatively low resin absorption
  • More water resistant than traditional timber-based cores
  • Cost-efficient when engineered for the intended panel application
Material considerations

PVC foam has lower heat, fatigue and recyclability performance than PET foam. Final panel performance depends on the complete engineered system, including skins, bonding, panel thickness, structure and intended use.

A premium PET composite floor.

The ALPINE floor uses a rigid, closed-cell Polyethylene Terephthalate foam core selected for structural performance, moisture resistance, dimensional stability and long service life.
